We are a participating provider with Delta Dental and Ameritas. Copays, deductibles, and other non-covered services are due at the time of service

Downtown Dental will accept other major insurance plans and accept assignment of benefits but please contact your insurance company to verify that your plan will pay for out-of-network services prior to scheduling your visit. Our staff will electronically submit the required paperwork for nonfixed fee dental plans so you can get reimbursed quickly. Please note that patients are responsible for paying all costs that exceed your insurance carrier’s allowed amounts in addition to co-pays, deductibles, and other costs not covered by your insurance plan. If you have any questions, please contact our office.

For fixed fee schedule dental benefit plans, checks are sent directly to the patient, therefore, you are required to pay the full balance for your dental treatment at the time of service. It is the patient’s responsibility to follow-up with your insurance carrier for receipt of claims or questions regarding your reimbursement.
